Work We Turn Down
We work on residential garage doors - springs, openers, tracks, cables, rollers, panels, and the hardware that holds them together. We don't do commercial overhead doors, rolling steel doors, or gate systems, and we won't pretend otherwise just to take a job.
Here's the honest one: if a door is old enough, or the frame around it has shifted or rotted enough, a spring swap or track alignment is just delaying the inevitable. When that's the case, we'll tell you flat out that replacement is the better use of your money, even though a repair call pays us too. We'd rather lose the upsell than have you call back in two months with the same problem.
We also don't stock every part for every door on the spot. A lot of houses in this area went up between 1983 and 2001, so most of what we carry matches that generation of hardware - the drums, the standard torsion spring sizes, the common opener gear kits. If you've got a door with an unusual or discontinued part, we may need to order it, and we'll say so up front instead of guessing at a fix that won't hold.
